Job Summary
Client Success Coordinator for the EMEA region drives post-sale client engagement by supporting onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities include joining internal and post-sale calls, preparing decks and regular campaign reports, gathering materials for launches, monitoring pacing, coordinating with Sales/Operations, analyzing data to identify trends, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance, and maintaining accurate CRM and account-health insights. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication via Slack/email/Zoom, ability to manage multiple clients, and a proactive, creative problem-solving mindset. Must have a working laptop and internet; adaptable to a remote-first, fast-paced environment. Location: Philippines; Remote work available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience maintaining regular communication through Slack, email, and Zoom
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills across team projects
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in preparing detailed campaign summaries, analyzing data, and tracking client goals and KPIs
- Familiarity with maintaining account health insights and keeping Salesforce or similar CRM systems up-to-date
- Detail-oriented and organized; capable of reviewing leads for accuracy with targeting criteria
