Job Summary
Client Success Coordinator responsible for coordinating customer orders, service requests, and daily operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery. Acts as the primary point of contact for client queries, builds professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, and monitors KPIs and SLAs while proactively identifying risks. Produces and analyzes operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making, manages escalations and operational issues, oversees inventory and supplier coordination, supports billing processes, and drives internal projects to meet delivery commitments within contractual requirements. The role combines customer engagement, data-driven performance management, and operational coordination to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
