Job Summary
A highly organized Client Success Coordinator to support CRM campaigns for a major UK grocery retailer. Responsible for coordinating campaign briefs, client communications, and internal processes to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Acts as day-to-day coordination contact for client campaign requests; manages communications professionally; ensures briefs and materials are complete and submitted on schedule; liaises with clients and internal teams to resolve briefing queries; collaborates with Commercial and Operations to set up campaigns accurately; maintains records and manages multiple tasks simultaneously; requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders. Role is hybrid with 2 days in a London office; visa sponsorship not available; includes competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
