Job Summary
Prepare for and follow up on client meetings while discussing industry trends, strategy, and COCC product offerings. Manage the overall client relationship and provide ongoing support, acting as the primary escalation point for issues with internal departments. Deliver management updates to the Financial Institution and oversee project management as requested. Attend committee and user meetings to facilitate interaction between the client and COCC management. This role requires ten years of banking experience and 40% to 50% travel, with a salary of $84,000-95,000 in a hybrid position in Southington, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Ten or more years' experience in the banking/financial services industry
- Strategic and functional knowledge of all COCC products and services
- Must be abreast on industry trends and understand the regulatory environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Travel 40% to 50% of the time
- Local candidates are preferred for this role

Desired Qualifications
