Job Summary
Provide companion and personal care services to clients, safely transport clients when appropriate, and cover urgent needs including new client starts, call-outs, and service gaps. Conduct client check-in visits to ensure satisfaction, introduce caregivers to new clients, and identify opportunities to increase client services. Communicate client concerns and service updates to the office team while distributing educational materials to support caregiver training. Maintain high customer service standards by delivering supplies and adapting to fast-paced environments. Requires CNA or HHA certification, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel throughout Middlesex County.
Required Qualifications
- CNA or HHA certification from an approved program
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience
- Customer service experience with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout our service area
- Ability to transport clients when needed
- Clean driving record and ability to pass routine background checks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in homes with pets and/or smoking environments
- Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information
- Uphold the Senior Helpers mission, values, and brand standards
- Some After hours and Weekend support is required
