Job Summary
Client Success Associate provides day-to-day operational support to clients and Client Success Managers, qualifies placement opportunities, posts requisitions, completes profile screening and onboarding support, creates and distributes activity and performance reports, follows up with clients, and fosters relationships with hiring managers in facilities. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding KPIs, managing a desk of 150 TOA within six months, supporting implementations, identifying program-improvement opportunities, developing periodic performance reports, gaining knowledge of VMS technology for data management and client configurations, auditing bookings for accuracy, maintaining communication with supplier partners on contract status, delivering prompt customer service, and distributing onboarding documents and reports, with coverage support as needed across assigned clients or enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a customer facing position
- Ability to work quickly and accurately independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet
