Job Summary
Gather, convert, and post Track & Field and Cross Country results into the MileSplit database while verifying data accuracy and rankings. Support the Stats Team by processing results for additional sports, resolving software support tickets related to data and stats, and maintaining product documentation and efficiency reports. Learn best practices for data entry and quality control, then perform assigned special projects to support team goals and partner success. Availability to work nights and weekends is required during peak seasons for results processing.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Self-starter with good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly navigate and research information online
- Basic Excel skills
- Adaptable to change and able to manage a variable workload
- Availability to work nights and weekends will be required during peak seasons for results processing
- Tech-savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Track & Field and Cross Country is preferred, particularly an understanding of results and statistics
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or currently pursuing
- Familiarity with data entry or content management systems
