Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Success Associate to communicate with customers, identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide solutions to ensure a great customer service experience. Responsibilities include receiving inbound calls and emails, scheduling field technicians, documenting customer interactions, and applying best practices in customer service to build rapport. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and organizational skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (College Degree Preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
