Job Summary
Client Success Associate role focusing on onboarding and ensuring Gartner clients derive value from services. Responsibilities include partnering with clients across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales to surface business priorities, align Gartner resources, deliver best-in-class service, and drive engagement and ROI. Drive value to decision makers, identify client priorities, collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, and leverage metrics to boost engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth. Requires English & Norwegian fluency; Bachelor’s preferred and 6+ months of relevant experience. Hybrid work with locations in Barcelona and Surrey, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Norwegian
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
