Job Summary
Client Success Associate in London (Hybrid) responsible for onboarding Gartner clients, surfacing client priorities, aligning Gartner resources to deliver value, and driving engagement across subscriptions. Partner with clients from various practice areas to introduce Gartner services, manage accounts, and connect clients with Gartner experts. Focus on delivering value to decision makers, guiding service delivery, leveraging insights and metrics to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to design innovative solutions. Must be fluent in English and one of: French, Dutch, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, or Turkish. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 6+ months of relevant experience and demonstrated strengths in communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing.
