Job Summary
Respond to client inquiries regarding quality and timely updates, providing excellent customer service while investigating issues and delivering valuable solutions. Collaborate with internal teammates and carriers to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve client invoicing and payment matters. Engage with clients via phone and email to offer industry updates, build trust through attentive communication, and alleviate pain points. Prioritize daily workload, multi-task with urgency, and document all interactions via Salesforce. Requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time office role in Shreveport, LA, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, with potential for extended hours during special events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, business, or related field
- Preference given to those with experience or studies in transportation/logistics
