Job Summary
Client Success Associate role supporting up to 3 CSMs across 10–12 client accounts, handling tactical client requests, creating client-facing resources, analyzing usage data, tracking onboarding milestones in Vitally, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to early-stage insights and adoption campaigns. Development path toward Client Success Manager within 12–18 months. Preferred experience includes 1–2 years in client-facing/coordination roles, strong data skills in Excel/Sheets, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. NYC base salary range $60k–$70k USD with annual bonus.
