Job Summary
Client Success Associate at Carrum Health will support Client Success Managers to deliver the highest level of service across the entire client lifecycle, create reporting deliverables, build annual business reviews, configure and update client records in Carrum’s Patient Care App, support implementation for new clients, update trackers/tools/resources, respond to operational requests, QA campaigns with the Marketing team, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Patient Care, and Technology, and represent Carrum at virtual events. Travel onsite to client locations for Open Enrollment events (5% travel). The role requires 1-2+ years in Client Success/account management or related fields, highly organized, strong operational and reporting skills, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset, and passion for Carrum Health’s mission. Desirable healthcare industry experience; remote-first with preference for candidates in Chicago or the San Francisco Bay Area; benefits include stock options, flexible schedules, remote work, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401K, and more.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in Client Success/account management, consulting and/or professional services (healthcare industry experience highly desirable)
- Highly detail-oriented, extremely organized and results-driven; exceptional at creating process and structure
- Strong operational and reporting prowess
- Excellent collaboration and time management skills
- Effective communication skills: the ability to be direct, logical and succinct
- Experience meeting deadlines, keeping many balls in the air and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to solve problems creatively and strategically
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, rapidly growing, early-stage environments
