Client Specific Direct Support Professional (JM)

Client Specific Direct Support Professional (JM) provides one-on-one support to an individual in the community, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, promoting independence, and enabling participation in social and recreational activities. Responsibilities include accompanying the individual to activities, supporting community integration, facilitating exploration of new hobbies, providing safe transportation to community activities, assisting with volunteer opportunities, and maintaining progress documentation. Schedule is part-time (30 hours/week) with possible weekday/evening/weekend variation. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability auto insurance; strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a 1:1 setting.
