Job Summary
Maximize sales in your designated area by offering outstanding service, maintaining compelling merchandise presentation, and building personal clientele. Act as a product knowledge expert and brand ambassador, selling with a confident fashion voice while creating a seamless in-store experience. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, embrace technology proficiency, and complete tasks to support the omni-channel experience. Work a flexible schedule based on department needs, standing or walking for prolonged periods, and process register transactions using handheld equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
