Job Summary
Maximize sales in the designated area by offering outstanding service, maintaining compelling merchandise presentation, and building personal clientele. Cultivate customer relationships through an in-store experience that is easy, seamless, and fun while acting as a product knowledge expert with a confident fashion voice. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, embrace technology proficiency, and complete tasks supporting the omni-channel experience when not with customers. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while lifting up to 25lbs. Requires prolonged standing or walking around the store or department.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
