Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will build and grow new business across target accounts (5,000–10,000 endpoints), prospect and qualify opportunities, lead account planning around customer pain and measurable value, run discovery with IT and Digital Workplace leaders, coordinate internal resources, and drive negotiations, pricing, and contracts to close strategic deals. You will maintain accurate forecasts, work with partners to strengthen coverage, and demonstrate Nexthink’s Digital Employee Experience platform as a credible advisor to IT leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in inside sales, commercial sales, or a closing role
- Proven track record of pipeline generation, opportunity creation, and quota achievement
- Strong prospecting discipline and experience optimizing sales cadences
- Ability to sell business value, not just product features
- Confidence engaging IT and business stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools
- Ability to quickly learn Nexthink’s platform, the DEX category, and customer use cases
