Job Summary
Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships with clients. Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling, Outreach, and Appointment Setting. Support service enhancers by actively using the Concierge tool to drive new traffic. Seek to understand customer needs through intentional conversation, share current fashion trends to inspire wardrobes, and professionally represent the Talbots brand image. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs while participating in community and store events. Maintain open availability of 20–29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while performing physical duties such as climbing ladders and lifting 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Possess the technological aptitude to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems
