Job Summary
Client Specialist at Talbots focusing on building relationships with customers and the community to drive sales and service metrics. Responsibilities include creating a culture of hospitality, clientelling/outreach and appointment setting, planning and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs, sharing current products and fashion trends to wardrobe customers, participating in community/store activities, and occasionally leading or supervising others and opening/closing the store. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems. Availability at least 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to climb ladders, move around, stand for extended periods, and lift/move up to 40 lbs.
