Client Specialist Key

Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships with customers and the community. Drive sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, and Talbots Classic Awards. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs; seek to understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence; share current products and fashion trends to appropriately wardrobe and build trust. Actively participate in community/store events to promote the Talbots Brand. May lead/supervise others on occasion and open/close the store. Professionally represent the brand image. Requirements include a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays), ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 40 lbs. Minimum 20 hours per week.
