Job Summary
Coordinate client onboarding by managing prospect pipelines, preparing paperwork, opening accounts, and establishing communication plans. Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and generate materials for client meetings while maintaining the CRM system. Execute transactions including security orders for stocks, bonds, and options per advisor instructions. Proactively review investment opportunities and oversee the full lifecycle of fixed annuities from purchase to reporting. Organize seminars, design meeting content, and manage social media presence to support advisor business effectiveness. Ensure adherence to regulatory policies and maintain client confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience
- Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses
- willingness to study and obtain licenses within 18 months of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ability to learn and effectively navigate Baird's Private Wealth Management technology platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to adeptly exchange ideas and information
- Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
