Job Summary
Monitor client performance and KPIs by tracking notice activity, cycle activity, billing files, and premium/refund reports. Identify and escalate Risk Management and escrow service issues, managing CLEAR tickets and remediation plans to ensure SLA adherence. Support Account Executives with client retention activities, including attending meetings, developing blueprint materials, and updating CRM scorecards. Execute onboarding tasks by creating notice release strategies, managing cycle calendars, and coordinating file exchanges and training for new clients.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2-3 years of directly related experience
- High School Diploma
- 4-5 years of directly related experience
- minimum commitment to 12 months in the role
