Job Summary
Client Specialist responsible for supporting and growing business with Nexthink's existing accounts. Lead and coordinate activities of pre-sales, professional services, service delivery managers, customer success, and marketing to align resources for success. Drives renewals, expansion and upsell, and maintains an account strategy with a business-outcome based plan. Maintains high-touch, trusted-advisor status with customers; oversees value-selling and contract/pricing strategy; manages tactical business while investing in longer-term strategic opportunities. Develops quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and ensures alignment with customer needs. Embodies company values and collaborates across a global, diverse team. The role requires 1-3 years of sales experience with quota achievement, software or solution sales background, and fluency in English and German. Permanent, full-time position with 100% remote work and occasional travel; salary and benefits reflect seniority; location includes Stuttgart, Germany with in-person work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years track record in sales with quota achievement
- Previous sales experience gained within software or solution sales organisations
- Fluency in English & German
- Understanding of MEDDPICC, Challenger or other SaaS aligned sales methodologies
