Client Specialist (Account Manager)

Job Summary
Client Specialist responsible for supporting and growing Nexthink's existing accounts; coordinates pre-sales, professional services, service delivery managers, customer success, and marketing to ensure the right resources are aligned; drives renewals, expansion and upsell; develops and executes an outcomes-based strategic account plan; maintains trusted-advisor status with customers; negotiates contracts and pricing; develops quarterly and annual revenue forecasts; leverages value selling to address customer needs; collaborates across cross-functional teams and thrives in a remote-first environment with occasional travel to meet colleagues and customers. Fluency in English and German required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 1-3 years sales experience with quota achievement; familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger or other SaaS sales methodologies; based in Cologne, Germany with 100% remote work option.
