Job Summary
Client Specialist focuses on supporting and growing Nexthink’s existing accounts. Responsible for leading and coordinating activities across pre-sales, professional services, service delivery managers, customer success, and marketing to ensure the right skills and resources are aligned for success. Drives renewals, expansion and upsell motions; develops and executes a business-outcome based strategic account plan; maintains high-touch trusted-advisor status; implements value-based selling strategies aligned with customer needs; manages tactical business while investing in longer-term opportunities; conducts negotiations on contracts and pricing; develops quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for each account; embodies company values (We are one team, We are positive, We keep growing, We get things done). 1-3 years in software or solution sales with quota achievement; understanding of MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar SaaS methodologies; English & German fluency; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; permanent contract; 100% remote work with occasional travel; location mentions Frankfurt, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years track record in sales with quota achievement
