Job Summary
Client Specialist (Account Manager) responsible for supporting and growing existing Nexthink accounts, leading cross-functional coordination across pre-sales, services, customer success, and marketing to drive renewals, expansion, and upsell; ownership of an account strategy and business-outcome based plan; trusted-advisor relationship with customers; development and execution of value-based selling strategies; managing tactical to long-term opportunities and forecasting revenue; requires 1-3 years sales experience in software/SaaS, and bilingual English & German; remote-friendly with occasional travel; benefits include generous PTO, remote work, and caregiver leave.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years track record in sales with quota achievement
- Previous software or solution sales experience
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- Understanding of MEDDPICC, Challenger or other SaaS aligned sales methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English & German
