Job Summary
Collect delinquent accounts using agreed-upon strategies while adhering to all collection policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide exceptional client service by negotiating payment arrangements, disclosing relevant account information accurately, and managing communications with transparency and professionalism. Execute established call scripts, process payments and transactions, and document all collection efforts in the system of record. Communicate regularly with Client Default Leaders regarding repossessions, potential losses, and special handling inquiries. Achieve performance expectations based on individual goals, including daily call volumes, contact percentages, and call monitoring scores. Complete all required Computer Based Training courses accurately and timely. Work flexible schedules including overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
- English (Required)
- 1st shift (United States of America)

- Previous Client service, collections, or sales experience
- Bilingual
