Job Summary

Senior Client Solutions Associate within Trade & Working Capital at JPMorgan Payments; leads collaboration with distribution teams to implement and optimize product solutions for client challenges, engages with technical roles to field product queries, manages registration and certification activities, oversees setup and post-close administration of facilities, ensures transactional controls to minimize risk, and supports revenue growth through cross-functional teamwork and effective communication; requires strong multi-disciplinary coordination, data analytics skills, and experience in a global matrix organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent across related products
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a global team environment
  • Ability to multitask within the PSD team and manage workflow to ensure timely execution of new deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the organization and with clients
  • Proficiency in data analytics and advanced Excel (macros, pivots, graphs) and PowerPoint applications
