Client Solutions Manager - X

Client Solutions Manager responsible for building deep, strategic partnerships with high-potential advertisers and translating business objectives into measurable advertising strategies. Act as a consultative seller and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients; deliver data-driven insights through regular reviews and performance analysis; oversee the full campaign lifecycle from planning to reporting; identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals; collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams and with platform partners to incorporate client feedback. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, native Lithuanian language proficiency and strong English, 2+ years in account management or performance marketing, experience with major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok), familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners, CRM platforms, and/or e-commerce analytics, and an entrepreneurial, fast-paced mindset.
