Client Solutions Manager (Marketing & Creative)

Job Summary
Develop and grow a client base for contract talent solutions by marketing services using a background in graphic design, marketing, advertising and corporate communications; engage via video, telephone, in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and decision makers; participate in local events to strengthen presence; select well-matched candidates for client job orders and maintain ongoing contact to ensure exceptional service; resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction; meet and exceed weekly business development goals; leverage cross-functional skills in marketing/design/IT to drive client relationships and successful placements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a marketing, branding, advertising, public relations or creative design-related field is preferred
- strong desire to build a career in business development with proven closing skills
- ability to build client relationships
- combination of business development and account management skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- proven track record of success and self-motivation
