Job Summary
Client Solutions Manager (Marketing & Creative) in Philadelphia is responsible for developing and growing a local client base for contract talent solutions, marketing services to Marketing & Creative decision makers, conducting in-person meetings, participating in local events to boost Robert Half’s presence, selecting well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders, maintaining ongoing client and contractor communication, resolving customer-service issues promptly, and meeting/exceeding weekly business development goals. The role emphasizes building client relationships, sales capability, recruiting/placement activities, and strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Marketing & Creative degree preferred
- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a Marketing & Creative related field is preferred
- Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
- A combination of business development and account management skills are required
