Responsibilities include selecting suitable candidates for client job orders, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships. You will meet and exceed weekly business development goals while participating in networking events to solidify company presence. Strong closing skills, account management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for marketing and creative fields.

- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or related field
