Job Summary
Client Solutions Manager in hybrid Tampa role responsible for building client partnerships, sourcing passive candidates, and delivering consultative hiring guidance. You will identify opportunities to grow client partnerships, devise market plans, proactively build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with client hiring criteria, and leverage AI/data strategies to scale sourcing. You will promote candidate talent to clients, provide market insights to support hiring decisions, and maintain a consultative, relationship-driven approach while managing a high-volume workload (≈30 open roles and 20+ interviews weekly) and collaborating with a team to achieve contract starts. The role combines business development, recruitment operations, and strategic sourcing in a fast-paced boutique agency environment, with uncapped commissions and a focus on quality over quantity.
Required Qualifications
- Must have (2) to (4) years of staffing recruiting experience
- High school diploma required
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be technically proficient to source candidates and use tools
- Must have professional B2B communication skills
- Background check required
