Job Summary
Serve as the primary client contact for top brand and agency accounts, owning day-to-day relationships and campaign strategy for programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells. Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends. Requires 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising, with strong digital media buying, DSPs, analytics, and performance reporting skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, highly organized to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, in a hybrid NYC office setting.
Required Qualifications
