Job Summary

Client Solutions Manager to serve as the primary client contact for key brand, agency, and publisher accounts. Translate client goals into programmatic and digital media campaigns strategies and flawless execution. Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and maintain alignment on client needs and revenue growth. Provide clients with clear performance updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI. Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders. Maintain deep knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships. Hybrid work environment with NYC office; open to learning the industry on the job and supportive of collaboration across Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta)
  • Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • CRM tools, such as Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented
  • Experience translating client goals into campaign strategy and driving revenue growth

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and ease, manage programs effectively, and deliver clear performance updates
  • Strong collaboration skills, partnering seamlessly with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to understand advertising technology and continually improve client outcomes
