Job Summary

Serve as the technical and workflow liaison during client onboarding and configuration, initiating "Fast Track" implementation prep for new clinics. Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while supporting cross-functional communication between product, clinical, support, and integration teams. Review pharmacy orders in sandbox and production environments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with system standards. Add new products and templates into the PMS, test webhook integrations, and escalate configuration gaps as needed. Write and maintain technical SOPs for client-facing processes and internal workflows, communicating updates clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers and L&D to incorporate changes into training systems. This onsite role in Mesa, AZ requires an active AZ pharmacy technician license and 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy technology or healthcare SaaS.

Required Qualifications

  • Active AZ pharmacy technician license
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in pharmacy technology, healthcare SaaS, or clinical systems integration
  • Working knowledge of multiple PMS platforms (e.g., QS/1, PioneerRx, Liberty, McKesson EnterpriseRx, etc.)
  • Strong technical writing skills (SOPs, product changes, client documentation)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing multiple client projects or integrations simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable with both technical teams and client stakeholders
  • Analytical and thorough—you notice inconsistencies and fix them before they become problems
  • Client-focused—you understand pharmacy workflows and speak the language of healthcare users
  • A bridge-builder—able to translate between clinical, technical, and business teams
  • Process-minded—you're excited to document and improve repeatable, scalable workflows
  • Must be able to lift as needed
  • Must be available for onsite work environment

Desired Qualifications

  • PTCB preferred
  • Familiarity with HL7, NCPDP, webhook APIs, or EHR/EMR integrations
  • Experience in pharmacy operations or clinical informatics
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, or similar
  • Understanding of pharmacy order workflows and medication dispensing standards
  • Familiarity with LifeFile
