Job Summary
Client Solutions Director at WTW responsible for accelerating new business growth in the Commercial Risk & Broking business. Own and deliver against personal new business sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship development; identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities into long-term clients; take full accountability for end-to-end sales processes with subject-matter-expert support. Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships; position WTW as a strategic advisor delivering value-led solutions and high client satisfaction. Plan and execute a comprehensive sales plan in collaboration with the Head of Sales; manage a robust sales pipeline; lead bid strategies, proposals, and RFP responses. Collaborate across CRB Lines of Business to deliver integrated client solutions, drive cross-sell opportunities, and differentiate the value proposition. Maintain CRM discipline and accurate reporting; develop market presence, relationships, and competitive awareness to drive profitable revenue growth. Work with LOB leaders, Placement Specialists, and Client Management teams to deliver optimal client outcomes and foster internal collaboration.
