Job Summary
Client Solutions Director is responsible for driving new business growth across WTW’s Commercial Risk & Broking (CRB) through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and end-to-end management of the sales process. The role requires building trusted relationships with prospects and clients, positioning WTW as a strategic advisor with value-led solutions, leading sales planning and pipeline management, coordinating cross-sell opportunities across CRB LOBs, and representing the firm externally to develop market presence and profitability. Key activities include owning personal new business targets, pursuing high-value opportunities, delivering on proposals and RFPs, ensuring CRM compliance, and collaborating with Placement Specialists and Client Management teams to achieve integrated client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading client-focused sales in enterprise or large account settings
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong relationship-building and strategic advisory capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management (e.g., D365)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and multiple LOBs to deliver integrated solutions
