Job Summary
As a Client Solutions Director, you will be responsible for cultivating project and business consulting opportunities within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems and transformation. The role involves introducing services through various communication methods, developing relationships with key stakeholders, researching hiring trends, and delivering insights to clients to establish a trusted advisor status. Required qualifications include a business-related degree, 5+ years of experience, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Public/industry accounting/finance or professional services experience
Desired Qualifications
- CPA and/or MBA
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems
