Job Summary
Client Solutions Vice President responsible for leading onboarding projects within JPMorgan Chase’s Securities Services. Own planning, execution, and delivery of client implementations across multiple locations and product lines, guiding resources and stakeholders from asset managers to banks and insurers. Drive requirements gathering, design target solutions, secure scope sign-off, develop and manage delivery plans, and govern client agreements. Actively mitigate project risk, coordinate issue resolution, and manage scope changes. Lead and motivate virtual teams, conduct post-implementation reviews, and report on project pipelines, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to controls. Contribute to fund manager experience strategies, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5-10 years in financial services, and 3+ years in client-facing PM roles, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5-10 years in Financial Services, Securities Servicing industry preferred
- 3+ years in a client-facing project management role or equivalent experience
- Proven project/program management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with governance, risk management, and client onboarding processes
- Knowledge of Securities Services products (Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Servicing, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Private Equity and Real Estate Services, Securities Lending, Trading Services, Data Analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with internal partners
- Coaching and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong client-centric and strategic planning mindset
