Job Summary
Coordinate the requirements gathering process, design and document scope with internal partners, develop and manage project delivery plans, execute governance and reporting, mitigate project risk, manage change, and lead virtual teams across multiple locations. Own project communication with internal and external stakeholders and drive client satisfaction across Securities Services products for a wide range of clients (Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Pension Funds, Government Sponsored Enterprises, Banks, Broker Dealers, and Insurance Companies). Deliver post-implementation reviews and identify tactical and strategic improvements to onboarding and implementation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years in Financial Services, particularly Securities Servicing Industry
- 2+ years in a client-facing support role or commensurate experience
- Project management skills
- Client-facing skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Structured and methodical execution
- Presentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal disciplines
