Job Summary
Client Solutions Associate will build deep relationships with financial-industry leaders, promote product usage and client adoption, and ensure smooth onboarding by providing training. You will gather intelligent product feedback to inform Product Development, create and customize FactSet models, screens, and automated processes, and plan trainings in client offices and seminars. The role emphasizes client-facing interactions, understanding client workflows, and applying FactSet solutions to improve research and analysis. A strong interest in Finance/FinTech, excellent communication, collaboration across teams, and proficiency with Excel are required; a Bachelor’s Degree is expected by September 2026. The position is based in New York, NY and on-site.
