Job Summary
Client Solutions Architect for Xylem Vue analytics platform; lead technical discovery, translate utility needs into architectures and value propositions, support RFPs, and present solution diagrams. Roles include engaging customers in meetings (virtual/in-person), collaborating with Sales to tailor engagement strategies by utility stakeholder types, mapping system architectures (SCADA, historian, CMMS, GIS, AMI/IoT) to integration pathways, assisting in RFP responses, and delivering tailored demonstrations and technical messaging to operators, engineers, and executives. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical utility outcomes; preferred experience with CMMS, GIS, AMI/AMR, historian platforms, IoT devices, and pre-sales engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience.
