Job Summary
Senior Client Solutions Architect in Trade & Working Capital within Product Solutions Delivery (PSD) leads and supports the sales process by architecting and configuring complex product solutions for clients. Responsibilities include managing setup, implementation, and post-close administration of Trade and Working Capital transactions; collaborating with Product and Origination teams on structures; leading implementation meetings to gather requirements and translate them into smooth delivery; ensuring adherence to SOPs and risk controls; producing metrics for reporting; coordinating with Technology to tailor existing products; developing training and collateral for the Sales team; aggregating client and market data to inform solutions; engaging with technical client teams to address product queries; and guiding cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment to drive timely deal execution and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
- Proficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycle
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to work in a global team environment, across multiple disciplines and locations
- Ability to multitask within the broader scope of the PSD team, managing work flow and capacity across the team to ensure timely execution of new deals, as time to revenue is a key performance indicator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across the organization at any level, as well as with clients as and when required
- Proficiency in customized data analytics, advanced working knowledge of Excel (macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint applications
