Job Summary
Client Solutions Architect Manager leads configuration and modification of firm products/solutions to fit complex client use cases; supports Sales in pricing/pipeline/account planning; delivers presentations and technical demonstrations; defines development requirements; partners with Product Management for change management; collaborates with internal teams and drives project completion; documents processes and drives efficiency; requires deep payments/tech/domain expertise and strong executive-level communication; travel for client-related engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise of working across a related broad set of products
- Deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
- Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
- Strong client management and executive-level communications skills
- Experience in payments, technology, e-commerce and financial services
- Deep understanding of payment systems, operational and product delivery and transaction processing
- Proven client-interface and teaming skills with an ability to observe and identify client problems and ideate solutions
- Excellent presentation and communications skills, with the ability to present to clients and decision makers
- Work related domestic travel is required
