Client Solutions Architect Manager - Payments - Vice President

Client Solutions Architect Manager in Merchant Services leads configuration and modification of the firm’s products to fit complex client use cases, supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning, and engages with client teams to deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations. Responsibilities include identifying development requirements for product design enhancements, leading technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and client questionnaires, building trusted technical advisor relationships, conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing merchant acquiring platforms, APIs, and fintech solutions, providing deep technical guidance on integration and customization of payment products, creating technical documentation and solution architectures, and mentoring junior presales engineers. Required qualifications include 5+ years of related experience, deep technical understanding for solution configurations, experience supporting Sales in pricing and planning, experience working with clients in a tech field, strong knowledge of merchant acquiring and payment processing, familiarity with APIs and integration methods (REST, SOAP, SDKs), and PCI DSS/security/compliance knowledge; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
