Job Summary
Senior Client Solutions Manager leading bids and proposals for IDEMIA’s government-focused JPS line. Responsible for requirements analysis, solution framing, financial estimations, preparation of pre-sales documentation, partner coordination, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements, solution design, and proposal content. Coordinate cross-functional contributions from Operations, Procurement, Tax, Legal, Export Control, and Ethics Committee; develop pricing models and financial projections; participate in proposal presentations and manage relationships with partners/subcontractors. Requires engineering background, Master’s degree in Engineering, fluent French and English, and willingness to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Engineering required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 4 years as a Project Manager delivering complex solutions or managing large-scale technology bids
- Fluent French and English mandatory; Spanish is a plus
- Availability for international travel (approximately once per year)
- Security clearance investigation may be required
