Job Summary
Lead Integrations: Own and enhance the integration workflows, optimizing client onboarding for European and North American customers. Manage workload and prioritize tasks; collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Customer Success and Support to understand customer needs from a technical perspective. Coordinate with Automotive Inventory Management System (IMS) providers (e.g., vAuto, Homenet) for seamless onboarding. Manage data imports from FTP servers and APIs; troubleshoot issues and drive solutions. Serve as a bridge between global teams (India, France, USA) to ensure smooth operations. Strong SQL, Python scripting, PHP, APIs, Unix/Linux, and leadership skills required; fluency in English and experience leading internationally distributed teams preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field
