Client Settlement Officer

Job Summary
Monitor and process client deposits and withdrawals accurately, while following up on pending, delayed, or failed settlement transactions with internal teams and external PSPs. Perform daily reconciliation across CRM records, PSP portals, bank statements, and crypto wallets, tracking balances and escalating funding shortages. Support settlement execution for fiat, e-wallet, and crypto payment methods, investigating transaction discrepancies and coordinating with finance, compliance, and customer support to resolve issues. Maintain precise settlement records and documentation, ensuring all activities adhere to risk control and confidentiality standards. Assist with PSP onboarding and workflow improvements, working under pressure to handle urgent cases and shift work including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in settlement operations, payment operations, finance operations, banking operations, PSP operations, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling transaction data and financial records
- Good sense of responsibility, accountability, and risk awareness, especially when dealing with client funds
- Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent settlement issues
- Willing to support shift work, extended-hour coverage, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external payment partners
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Able to follow SOPs carefully while also identifying process gaps or improvement opportunities
- Fluent in English

- Experience in handling deposits, withdrawals, reconciliation, payment channels, or client fund operations
- Experience with reporting, reconciliation files, or dashboards
- Additional language skills such as Chinese, Japanese, or other regional languages
- Candidates with experience in fintech, payment service providers, or financial services operations
