Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by addressing inquiries professionally and handling escalations with timely resolutions. Coordinate with internal editing, design, and print teams to ensure smooth project execution while managing the full lifecycle from verification and scheduling to invoice creation and delivery. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships by onboarding new clients, explaining services clearly, and identifying upselling opportunities based on specific requirements. Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and manage multiple requests with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or client servicing role
- Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, email handling, HubSpot, and messaging applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Good project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A strong understanding of visual content and customer handling
